I'm Back

After taking a hiatus for awhile here working on other things, I’m returning to more regular posting. I look forward to engaging with my fellow Conspirators and readers. I have been largely working on financial regulatory issues. But many of these issues are increasingly intersecting with legal challenges that readers might find interesting.

Needless to say, I’ve been reading the blog regularly even though I haven’t been posting and I hope I have something valuable to add.
