Elon Musk will not be charged over allegedly bribing Wisconsin voters in 2025

A Wisconsin prosecutor said Tuesday that he would not bring charges against Elon Musk over allegations of bribery tied to his support for a conservative state Supreme Court candidate last year.

In March 2025, the rocket and electrical car mogul announced on his social media site, X, that he would hand out two $1 million checks at a rally limited to people who had voted.
